I've used Little knits before and can recommend them, service is a tad slow to Michigan but they have really good deals. I've also heard good things about WEBS but haven't used them... yet!

He's size 10 1/2" but is quite wide. I did 72 stitches on US2 needles, the ribbing really helps with the fit though.
