I'll be happy to do the Candy Cane border and also work on Pumpkin Pie. What great holiday treats and they are not fattening.

Thank you for post the link to the past blankets, that was fun to look at. If you still need knitters for Candy Cane or Pumpkin Pie I would be willing to do one of them. Or I could do the border if needed.

I'm glad you enjoyed looking at the other blankets. This project is so much fun...so many creative and talented people!

I put you down for the Candy Cane blanket, and I'll put you down on Pumpkin Pie if the slots don't fill up (I still have the 6th section and border positions open).

Hi all.

I wanted to ask y'all a small favor.

When you do your section of the blanket, would you weave in the ends from where you tied on your yarn? Essentially, you would be weaving in the tail from where the last person ended their section and then cut the yarn, and the beginning tail where you start your section.

Do NOT weave in the end where you leave off, or else the next knitter will have a difficult time tying on their own yarn.

If we all do this, then the last person won't be left with all of that to do before working the border.

I received Desert Sand and Rainbow Sherbert today. Thank you, Knittinmitchie, for the beautiful stitch markers!

I have to say that these are lovely blankets! What a difference holding them makes, as opposed to seeing pictures.

Everyone did a lovely job!!
