Yup, I did. I've the habit of surfing and reading up on others' attempts on knit/crochet patterns before starting on them to avoid making the same mistakes. For the FBB pattern, I've read in a lot of places that it's easier to do the lining before starting the handle flaps so that's what I did. I imagine it'll be harder to line with the flaps in place because of the pleats that'll form.

Thanks so much. I bought some super cute fabric and I think I'll take the handle flaps apart and re-do them after the lining is in. I want it to be perfect and want to have to fight with it as little as possible!

I am NOT a seamstress so we shall see how this goes!

If it's the same tutorial I used, it is really pretty easy. Also, I found the handle's at Joann's for about $6. So I stocked up. LOL

I got the lining cut, ironed, and pinned in!! It was way easier than I thought, now as long as I can pull off the whipstitch I'll be just about done. I found the handles at a fabric store for $8.98 so didn't think that was too bad. It should be done by the end of the day!!!
