I'm so glad you all want to be part of this!

I'm not the most talented artist in the world, but here's my attempt at making a button for the knit-along.

Newamy just sent me a private message with the following thoughts:
"Are you going to set a time limit like say 2 weeks to knit then send it on? I know it seems pushy but sometimes rings can get "stuck". Also if someone decides they really don't have time they should send it on or just ask to be skipped."

I agree with this 100% Two weeks is PLENTY of time to knit a few rows on the blanket.

Also, some of us may have problems that arise at exactly the same time the blanket appears on our doorstep. If that's the case, just let me know, and forward the blanket on to the next person. We can send it back to you at a later date when your life isn't as hectic.

Okay, I finished updating my spreadsheet. Right now, we have 15 knitters, including myself. Great start!

Here's the list, which is "kind of" in order. The first 4 knitters will be getting the blanket first, by their request. The rest of you are just listed in random order.

It's not too late to join the knit-along!! Just send me a PM with your mailing address if you want to be part of the project.

Yay! I was hoping you'd join, Ginger!
(BTW, I finished Mom's poncho, but neither of us has had time to get together for her to have it. I'll try to take it by tomorrow.)

You're a goddess to clean up my work that way. stoopid old poncho anyway.

The schedule looks like the blanket won't make it to me until after tax season, which is perfect.
