Glove HELP!

Hi- I've started a glove as a gift for a friend. This is my first time knitting with dpn in the round. I've got the cuff and now need to start in on the glove part and I have a conundrum...... should the right side of the knitting be facing inwards, or outwards? Does it matter? Why? Thanx

Normally the right side is on the outside. You should be holding the working needles closest to you with the others away from you. Sometimes if someone works on the inside of the object by mistake, they finish it that way and turn it inside out. I honestly don't know if this would work with a glove. :thinking:
