In response to an earlier suggestion about a potential place to donate our blankets:
I personally strongly prefer that the blankets we work on stay here in the US. I think that for the size of blankets we are making, hospitals are the best destination (if we use similar measurements to what we have been doing they will be too small for most other charities).

I have numerous hospitals in my area, including one that specializes in high-risk pregnancies & neonatal intensive care as well as a dedicated children's hospital, so I will try to do some investigating to see if anyone up here (Seattle, WA) would be interested in receiving our blankets.
