A Question on a yarn weight

Excuse my tired brain, but Cascade Yarns The Heathers which lists itself as Medium 4 to 5 s = 1” on US 7-9, would be considered a DK or a worsted?

Worsted, I think. I just made two hats out of it!

Worsted would be my guess, since it recommends US 7-9 needles.
