PSSO question

Hi,
Starting a very ambitious project -- a beautiful beret. My first question for the project is this:

Pattern states: sl1, k2tog, PSSO

Is the PSSO the same technique shown in KH's video for sl1, k1, psso???

Yes, you pass the slipped stitch over the stitch that results from the k2tog.
