Sylvester McCoy sweater vest/pattern

I'm looking for a knitting pattern for the sweater vest worn by Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor Who (it has rows of question marks). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I found a chart for the question mark pattern (http://community.livejournal.com/crafty_tardis/81498.html), but not the full vest. The person who did the pattern links to the vest pattern she used though.
