Chunky weave scarf

Has anyone got any idea where I can get the black fabric frame that you use to 'display' very chunky wool without knitting? My sister is intigued,and wants to make more. It makes a scarf, without actually having to knit anything

I've seen it at WalMart and JoAnns. Haven't seen it at Michaels though.

Hobby lobby has them too. And maybe Walmart.
