Question about Lion Brand Cotton-Ease Cardigan instructions

I hope someone else is working on this cute child's sweater. It's my first attempt at a sweater and the pattern stitches are easy enough. I am almost finished the back, I am at the point where it says "until piece measures 11 1/2 inches from beg, end with a WS row. Now that's what my question is. should I work a wrong side row or should my next row be a wrong side row. I'm really confused.:wall: Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, make the WS row your last one. You will be starting with a RS row. Unless it says otherwise of course. ;)
