Granny Square

Well I went ahead and decided that since my very first dishcloth came out not too bad, that I was going to make another. So I made another using the granny square pattern. Wow is that easy. I can't believe it. Although I am going to frog it and do it again as the stitches are really uneven. :?? I am still working on my tension.

Oh and I wanted to share a site with you all. She has great tutorials for learning various stitches.

Granny squares are really quick and easy. They're a great way to work on your tension, learning how to change colors, and a good first project. If you keep going around and around and around, you can eventually have yourself a nice size blanket :)
