ISO Baby Tank with Cotton Tots-Where is it?

Back a month or so ago there was a darling baby tank type pattern done in Cotton Tots that was posted. I even commented on it but somehow I cannot find that thread. I've tried the search feature, looked in the archives...Argh, why o why didn't I just print the pattern or bookmark it????

PS. the top has little buttons on top of the straps and has a ruffled edge at the bottom.
