Hi I'm very new to knitting (English Style) and I am attempting to do a babies jumpsuit which is an easy knit pattern. I am at the top of the first "leg" and the pattern wants me to:
"working last row on wrong side"
What does it want me to do??
Thanks!

Finish working that section's last row with the wrong side of work facing you.
e.g. in stocking stitch a wrong side row would be a purl row. (the last row worked)

It's just telling you the pattern is designating that row as a wrong side row. The next row is the RS and there may be something different (shaping?) that needs to be done there so they just want to make you aware of where you are in the pattern.
