Distaff Day Orlando Florida Spinning and Kintting Event

Last year, this event introduced me to my wonderful knitting guild ... It is a great day for knitting and spinning. The Yankee Swap and Fashion Show were my favorites. I went alone ... which is not something I would usually do ... and the welcome was amazing. Duh ... it was a room full of knitters, spinners, YARN fanatics!

There were a varity of spinning wheels and roving .. and everyone is willing to help and teach and let you use their wheel. They have spindles available If you want to learn how to use them.
