okay, i'm knitting a teddy bear and i need a bit of help.
the instructions say this:
Cast on 12 sts. Beg with a k row, work 4 rows St st.
5th Row: (RS) Inc in first st, k to end. 13 sts. Purl 1 row.
the first part i have down. :lol: the second part i'm having trouble with. i looked up increases in a book i have, but it was too technical to understand. i looked at all of the videos on increases on this site but none of them cater to this specifically. they are for increasing somewhere near the middle. how do you increase on the first stitch? :??
