snugging up loose stitches

I am working on DPNS....I am knitting along last night and see that about 10 rows down I have about 4 stitches that have not quite laddered looks to them but are a wee bit loose. Can I fix them, do you think by snugging them all up with a crochet hook next time I come around?

If I am visualizing it right, it doesn't matter where you are in your round. The yarn runs horizontally through each row so I tighten funky stitches by hooking in one stitch to the side, tugging the yarn that way a bit and gradually distributing the excess to either side through the row.
